Eureka Experience

I have finished my bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and going to do my Masters Degree.I don't know my neighbors of my age.I grew up in hostel since i was 10. I got my set of hostel, school and college friends.My final exams got over by May 2013 and i was just enjoying with my friends by hanging out somewhere with them.It continued for a month.But how long one can hangout with friends spending time and money.Everyone has got their own work to do.None of my friends were thinking about post graduations.Some went in search for jobs and some got their call letters and left to different cities.Soon i was like a lone wolf.I really don't know how to get out from that.I want to beat the destitution.I did a small research about myself and i found about my helping nature.Then i thought of doing something to underprivileged ones.I joined eureka as a volunteer.My first assignment was to take two interns studying in Mcgill university to cuddalore for their survey.I along with other two volunteers (Sumita and Sudha) traveled from chennai to cuddalore in bus.We shared our knowledge with each other. Sudha was a sociology student and she shared about various social issues while travelling. Sumita was working in TCS and left her job to study Master of social works.They both were good in talking.Till i met them, i thought i was lucky to be in hostel where i learnt a lot and was brought up as a broad minded guy.But when i spoke to them i really understood how much life i had missed by staying in hostel.I came to know relations and neighbors do play a lot of role in friendships.Then we met interns(Carmina and Galle) in cuddalore. We helped them in their survey work by translating their queries to farmers and getting feedback from the farmers.They spoke about the cultural diversity of India and the places they had visited and the things they learnt in India.We suggested some places to visit and some songs they would like.We really had good day.I also learnt a lot from the farmers about the agricultural and financial issues they were undergoing.That trip not only gave me some knowledge about agriculture but also some good friends.

After that trip i joined in eureka math and science resource center. It is also a part of eureka child organisation which concentrates on giving practical education to the students for the better understanding of this scientific world.It has science and math models and experiments that explains the concepts in a simple way.Every day a batch of 60 students of class 9 from corporation school visit there to gain some knowledge.All corporation schools in Chennai visit the center. It will take 3 months for the same school to visit the center. again.I hope this definitely gives a rough idea about the number of students benefited through this center. I go this center to teach basic physics concepts to the students.its not a problem for me to teach physics to class 9 students but my real problem is to over come my schedule.I am a nocturnal being.I sleep at 4.00 am and wake up at 12.00 pm.For a guy like me it is really difficult to take class in morning session.I got to start class at 10.00 am in center.It will take 1.30 hrs to reach the center from my home.fortunately  Mr. Murari (project manager,eureka math and science resource center ) is staying nearby my home and he picks me up early morning. Sorry its not early morning for him because he picks me up at 8.15 am.Though i struggled with the change in my food  and sleep times, i enjoyed a lot.When i finish the teaching and ask some queries to students,they answer most of it.I ask the questions related to the practical applications and when they answer to those,its really a great feeling .I cant express those in words.The satisfaction that i get through those answers is worth sacrificing the schedule i followed.When i get the right answers from those corporation school children, one thought beeps in my mind"THERE ARE ABDUL KALAM, AMIRTYA SEN, SIR C.V.RAMAN ETC. , HERE IN THIS ROOM BUT WE DON'T SEE SO MANY OF THEM OFTEN IN THIS INDIA." It surely tells that our education system is not going in right way.I hope we all people can change it.I can sum it up like this "EUREKA! I FOUND THE MEANING OF MY LIFE."

Love is everywhere

Today after taking classes for corporation school children i was returning back to my home in bus. I was very much satisfied after long time as i did something constructive. After travelling for half an hour in that never ending traffic the bus stopped in velachery. Still  i got to go 10 km. I boarded another bus. I just saw a beautiful girl neatly dressed sitting in the parallel seat to me.Then i realized she was married and having a daughter.she was picking up her daughter from kindergarten school it seems.She asked her daughter about how the day was and what all she learnt.Slowly the child turned her head and said we learnt rhymes and had lot of fun and it was really cool.She started singing her rhymes " johnny johnny yes papa eating sugar no papa.....................open your mouth ha ha ha ha".Her mother was really happy and all passengers shared a light moment when she finished her rhymes. Her mother hugged and kissed the child.She was insisting her child to sing the rhyme one more time and the child didn't hesitate.This incident showed me what happiness is all about. It showed me love is everywhere.It is the one which cant be destroyed by dynamite or any other chemicals.Most people think love is very difficult to get but i feel its the easiest one you can get in this world.Mothers love towards their children is pure divinity.There is no equivalent one.

Story of Engineering Super Human

I was just another guy who finished the bachelors degree in engineering and really having no idea about why i took engineering.Some people say everything happens for a reason.But they failed to say whether it is for good or bad reason.I presume it to be a good reason.When i finished my engineering i knew that i got the potential to to do something big in this engineering world.I cant brag about my grades or projects that i have done in my engineering.Its all just average but i have the confidence.

Love - Beautiful Killer

Love is one beautiful feel which everyone will undergo in their life.If not they are yet to live their life.It dont come to you as you expect but when it comes, it cant be better than that. Because u will never regret that situation as you love it.You wont even think of changing that situation provided if it is possible. Because you love it.It will make you so curious to know what your love is doing at that time.Trust me, you would run all your imagination power to decide what she will be doing. Even great scientists in the world wont use that much imaginative power.All of a sudden you will become one great genius.Love will slowly kill you if your loved one is not calling or texting you.It will just prick your heart.You can change anything in this world but not LOVE.

Dream

Today i had a dream like i was talking to CM about the reforms needed to be done to develop the society.Hope my dream comes true. Tomo i start my first assignment as a volunteer of eureka child org. Hope it goes well.I am really excited to carry out that.I am getting an opportunity to contact so many same minded people and also i can develop my socializing skills.

CAREER

I have got some interest in philanthropic works.I want to give something big to the society.i am gathering some people as of now to start doing some social service.I have registered with a NGO. They have called for a meeting.Hope everything goes well. 

IPL 2014

Everyone know that there would be auction next year which includes all the players from star category to uncapped ones.Will next edition of IPL will become a huge hit? In my point of view , it wont . If player retention is brought in then it will be a hit.All the franchises will lose so many players and gain so many.They will be keen on building the team which can make some profit for them.During auction ,fans would be hoping for a team that can win championship.But when the IPL kick starts the fans will lose their interest. People dont want to see sachin playing for kolkata, sehwag playing for chennai, virat kohli playing for mumbai. Sachin and sehwag belong to mumbai and delhi respectively, so the people would love to have them in same team. Virat is like adopted son of bangalore, those people definitely wont love it.Even if the next edition reaches 500 sixes, people will follow it through only highlights and will never be ipl crazy ones.  Let me conclude with some words on my champion team. If CSK fails to retain the core team then definitely it will lose some of its followers.I will be the first one to unfollow. Hope CSK reatins the core team.

Today l learnt that even friendship has limit at some point of time in life.Really frustrated  with one of the guys character whom i thought would become my closest pal.Really feeling sorry for him becoz he wont get a friend  like me in future.I would also be the loser at the same time. I should search someone who would takeover my best pal place in college.I am not feeling good.

According to me am very erratic in my behaviour.Learnt the art of controlling mind and body.
